Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for retrospective study: 1. female, performed with breast MRI in Xinhua Hospital since 2015.01.01; 2. obtained pathological results. Inclusion criteria for prospective study: 1. female, perform with breast MRI in one of the 6 hospitals during 2017.3.1 to 2018.2.28; 2. obtained pathological results (BI-RADS 3 lesions need to follow-up for 2 years to confirm benignity); Addition to NACT subset: 3. biopsy-proven locally advanced breast cancer patient with indications for NACT; 4. perform with breast MRI before&during NACT; 5. complete NACT and undergo mastectomy/ breast conserving surgery. For recurrence risk prediction subset: 3. breast cancer patients undergo mastectomy/ breast conserving surgery in one of the 6 hospital, and do Oncotype DX test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. fail to complete all the scanning sequence; 2. Lesions don't show on the breast MR images; 3. poor image quality, uneven fat suppression, obvious motion artifacts.
