Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were diagnosed according to the 1999 World Health Organization criteria and 2012 American Diabetes Association (ADA) standards.Patients were aged from 18-80 years old and could walk normally, without major amputation, cerebral infarction hemiplegia, history of mental illness and malignant tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious foot ulcers merging partial or full foot gangrene; (2) Patients withtype 1 diabetes mellitus or specific types of diabetes mellitus, acute complications of diabetes; (3) renal dysfunction, heart failure and a history of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction and left hemiparesis, malignant tumor, or mental illness.
