Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The smoking history of more than 20 pack years (per day multiplied by the number of smoking pack years of smoking), and male and female aged 50 years or older; 2. The Smoking cessation of the individual < 15 years; 3. With risk factors (radon exposure / occupation exposure / history / family history of malignant tumor / lung cancer lung disease history (COPD, pulmonary fibrosis) / secondhand smoke exposure); 4. The participants signed the informed consent; 5. The subject has the ability to accept the inspection (such as: supine hand on her head); 6. The subject can accept the chest surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Appear to stimulate cough, sputum with blood, chest pain, unexplained weight loss, such as lung cancer related symptoms. 2. The important organs such as heart, liver and kidney have obvious damage or severe dysfunction. 3. The pregnant women. 4. A metal stent or internal fixation in the back.
