Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. =10 small drusen or 15 intermediate drusen or large drusen. 3a: without drusen pigment epithelium detachment; 3b: with drusen pigment epithelium detachment; 3. geographic atrophy involving the fovea, or at least 350um away from the fovea; 4. exudative age related macular degeneration, including without drusen pigment epithelium detachment; serous or hemorrhagic retina detachment; choroidal neovascularization membrane(CNVM) with sub retinal or sub pigment epithelium hemorrhage or fibrosis, or scars after AMD treatment. 5a: serous pigment epithelium detachment without CNVM, 5bCNVM or disiciform scar.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anterior segment inflammation, such as active conjunctivitis, keratitis and uveitis; 2. Fundus lesion except AMD such as macular hole, macular edema, high myopia, retinal vascular obstruction; 3. Diabetes, carcinoma, Alzheimer's disease and other systemic disease; 4. Could not complete examination and trial due to other reason.
