Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OP group: osteoporosis was diagnosed by DXA less than -2.5 SD of BMD. OP fracture group: occurrence of low-energy OP fracture patients. Control group: 30 cases of postmenopausal women excluded osteoporosis and other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjected anti-osteoporosis treatment of patients; 2. secondary osteoporosis or idiopathic osteoporosis; 3. combined with hyperparathyroidism and other metabolic diseases; 4. with major diseases can not undergo the examination of patients.
