Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. bile duct stricture with unknown reasons; 2. big stones in the bile duct which need be extracted by electrohydraulic lithotripsy or direct version; 3. patients who sign written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. duodenal papillary tumor or cholangiocarcinoma in the lower of bile duct; 2. stricture in the lower of bile duct(diameter <6mm); 3. post-gastric operation; 4. iodine allergy; 5. refuse to operate PDCS or refuse to participate in the research.
