18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Short diameter of GGO lesions in chest CT was larger than 1cm; 2. Adult patients, aged from 18 to 70 years; 3. without frequent ventricular arrhythmia; 4. without history of cerebral hemorrhage or crerbral infarction within 1month 5. without active hemorrhage; 6. PLT is larger than 80x10^9/L and without dysfunction of blood coagulation or platelet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ischemia myocardial, myocardial infarction, heart failure, abnormal of liver or renal function; 2. allergic to anaesthetic; 3. unconsciousness condition unable to coordinate to bronchoscope examination.
