Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple myeloma patients received treatment; 2. MGUS, Smoking multiple myeloma,Bone solitary/multiple plasmacytoma; 3. Secondary myelofibrosis and bone marrow failure.
