Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pulmonologists who are specialists in asthma or COPD. The participating physicians will be selected based on their participation in the COPD or asthma group; 2. the patients with the diagnosis of COPD, asthma or ACOS; 3. Aged 35 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experts has little knowledge of ACOS; 2. the patients with TB cancer or brochiectasis,which can effect the lung function.
