19 Years to 41 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with singleton pregnancy and cephalic fetal presentation at 37-42 weeks gestation; 2. Women who will delivery at our institution; 3. No server complication requiring cesarean section; 4. No contraindication to the use of MRI; 5. Women have the ability to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with multiple gestations and malpresentation (ie breech or transverse lie); 2. Major fetal malformations; 3. Women who have the cesarean delivery plan and won't undergo labor trials; 4. Women with pelvic deformity and a history of pelvic surgery or fracture that indications for cesarean delivery; 5. Women with vaginal deformity and a history of cervical surgery that requiring cesarean section.
