Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AD patients: age>50 yeas, high school and above the level of culture, diagnosed as AD in the department of neurology in our hospital, has not yet been intervention therapy; 2. MCI patients: age>50 yeas, high school and above the level of culture, diagnosed as MCI with the memory complaint in our hospital neurology department, has not yet been intervention; 3. To ask the subject to agree to and sign the informed consent, and to examine the process, purpose and possible accident in detail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular dementia and mixed dementia; 2. Brain infectious disease, brain tumor, cerebral arteriosclerosis,brain operation, brain injury, other neurodegenerative diseases; 3. Any physical, nerve, or mental disorder that may result in a brain disfunction; 4. Claustrophobic or daily activities is limited, poor compliance, not actively cooperate with the inspection.
