18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. lower limb traumatic fracture patients who need deep venography; 2. Aged 18-90 years old, weight 40-100kg, ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refused to participate; 2. coagulation disorder or thrombotic disease history; 3. long-term use of anticoagulant or anti platelet drugs; 4. severe liver dysfunction.
