18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. DRE detected prostatic nodules (PSA is normal or PSA<10ng/ml); 2. Ultrasound B detected prostatic hypoechoic nodule or other imageological examination detected abnormal signal; 3. The level of PSA increased: whether DRE and TURS is normal or not;PSA4-10ng/ml;f/tPSA or PSAD is abnormal; 4. Less than 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer definitely; 2. Patients with acute prostatitis; 3. Patients with the level of PSA>10ng/ml; 4. Patients taking anticoagulant medicine and withdrawal the drug within one week. 5. Patients with severe osteoarticular diseases can not take lithotomy position; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 7. Sensitivity to the anesthetic; 8. Infection;pyretogenesis stage;hypertensive crisis;cardiac functional decompensatory;sereve hemorrhagic disease;unstable stage of diabetes; 9. Older than the age of 65.
