Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteer who is over 18 years old with type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes orwithout or healthiness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The last six months had low blood pressure, faint at the sight of blood, venipuncture syncope, major cardiovascular event 2.Nearly two days used acetaminophen, salicylic acid, vitamin C, warfarin, heparin, low molecular heparin, and other anticoagulants. 3.Red blood cell volume: male > 55% or 40% or < 35%
