18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chest CT in isolated lungs nodules, diameter greater than 8 mm, less than or equal to 3 cm, lobes or burr or vascular cluster) or pleural retraction; 2. No contraindications to bronchoscope examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 75; 2. Serious arrhythmia or acute myocardial ischemia; 3. Can't control high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure > 180 MMHG); 4. Serious organ dysfunction; 5. Blood clotting disorder (PT 2 times or PLT normal limit 50*10^9/L); 6. Refused to accept the interventional lung epidemiology; 7. Pregnant or considering pregnancy.
