Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were diagnosed with unstable angina, STEMI or NSTEMI; 2. Agree on the coronary angiography examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bleeding diathesis,recent stroke, uncontrolled hypertension, recent surgery, oral anticoagulant therapy, a limited life expectancy,severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, malignant tumour, malignant anemia, and known contraindications to therapy with aspirin, P2Y12 inhibitors, heparin or statin.
