Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <=35 years; 2. BMI<=27kg/m2; 3. Patients with balanced translocation (Excluding Robertsonian translocation, the breakpoint is adjacent to centromere or telomere); 4. bilateral ovaries, FSH< 8miu/ml; 5. signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis disease; 2. unilateral or bilateral hydrosalpinx (B ultrasound examination); 3. uterine malformation, multiple uterine myoma, uterine intramural myoma >3cm, submucous myoma; 4. intrauterine adhesions history, history of uterine cavity effusion of unknown cause; 5. the number of good quality embryos on day three of oocyte retrieval (6 cell grade II) less than five; 6. on the day of oocyte retrieval, spermatozoon is only C grade (WHO); 7. the previous history of abnormal thyroid function; 8. history of hypertension, systolic pressure >=150mmHg, DBP >=90mmHg; 9. previous or ongoing epilepsy, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal diseases, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease; 10. the woman of smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction; 11. cervical biopsy showed CIN I level and above.
