Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: population with high risk of GC from 40 to 80yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. serious heart, liver, renal insufficiency, or mental disorders; 2. history of stomach surgery; 3. intake of PPI, antacids, gastric mucosa protectant in the first two weeks before examination.
