Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of aggressive CNS lymphoma by histopathological and immunochemistry based on WHO 2008; 2. Age: 18-70; 3. they understand the purpose of and procedures required for the study and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. immune deficiency; 2.Lumbar puncture contraindications
