Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 50 years old; 2. wet AMD; 3. ETDRS:23 to 78 letters; 4. excellent physical condition; 5. Patients understand and sign treatment follow-up protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dry AMD; 2. Irrelevant retinal vascular diseases; 3. A history of optic neuropathy, retinal detachment, uveitisendophthalmitis; 4. macular atrophy caused by other known factors; 5. Glaucoma optic neuropathythe IOP cannot be managed with one drug; 6. Cataract surgery within a year; 7. Cataract surgery or other eye surgery in the past 3 months; 8. Clinical trials of intra ocular or systemic administration in the past 6 months; 9. Myocardial infarction or stroke occurred in the past 12 months; 10. history of diabetesmalignant tumor, Dementia; 11. uncontroled Blood pressure; 12. receiving immunosuppressive therapy; 13. ALT/AST>1.5; 14. Creatinine>1.3mg/dL; 15. HB<10gm/dL, PLT<100k/mm3, NG<1000/mm3; 16. Pregnant or lactating women and women with fertility; 17. others.
