Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A normal person, or comply with the diagnostic criteria of diabetes patients, or Conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease patients, or meets the criteria for the diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy patients, or conform to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients; 2. Corrected visual acuity =0.15 (national standard logarithmic test chart 5 meters); 3. Aged 12 to 80 years; 4. Informed consent, volunteer subjects, to obtain the informed consent process comply with GCP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refractive medium opacity to fundus image evaluators; 2. Have whole retinal laser photocoagulation treatment of eye; 3. Merger of glaucoma, uveitis, age-related macular degeneration and optic neuropathy and other serious eye disease; 4. Combined with severe heart disease (chronic heart failure heart function classification standard level 3 above, serious arrhythmia in New York), abnormal liver function (AST, ALT, upper limit of normal 1.5 times or higher) and hematopoietic system (more than moderate anemia) and other serious diseases, mental illness.
