Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with syncope or syncope symptoms developed within 1 year which cannot be confirmed by routine examination; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Patients who have signed informed consent and are voluntarily to participate in the study and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been identified the etiology of syncope(stroke,arrhythmia etc.); 2. Patients complicating end stage diseases with life expectancy of less than 2 years; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate long-term ambulatory ECG monitoring and implantable loop recorder; 4. Patients who cannot complete regular follow-up.
