Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The teeth measured is mandibular first molar of patients who suffer from acute pulpitis or Chronic pulpitis or chronic periapical periodontitis; 2. Age >18, root foramen has full formed and root canal is easy and smooth; 3. Patient know the fact and agree with the experiment, tolerance the root canal therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, grave degree peridentitis, devital tooth.
