Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 150 children with hand-foot-mouth disease in ICU andthe infected ward, and15 children without hand-foot-mouth disease in outpatient department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The children with congenital diseases or the test results in outpatiet department can not be accepted as normal.
