Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with the sarcoidosis or tuberculosis voluntarily signed the consent form to participate in this trial; 2.Over or at the age of 18 (male or female); 3.With the tissues biopsied.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The doctor or the doctor in charge of the test decide who are not suitable for this experiment; 2. Detection of pathogenic bacteria with Mycobacterium tuberculosis or fungi. The positive results of PAS or six amino acid silver staining in biopsied tissues; 3. Patients with malignant tumor; 4. there is a serious disease andorgan dysfunction in other systems; 5. patients undergoing hemodialysis; 6. pregnant or want to be pregnant or nursing mothers.
