Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years old adults who undergoing selective surgery, both mail and female; 2. who need to be intubate through mouse under general aneasthesia; 3. who totally understand the properties, meaning, procedure, both potential benifits and risks of this trial, and willing to sign the informed concent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. who has upper airway deformaty, cutaneous ulceration or infections; 2. who has airway stenosis, short oof breath, or SpO2 less than 95% with air; 3. who has mental disease that cannot cooperate with ultrasound examination; 4. who has unstable cervical vertebre need to wear cervical gear or has restrictive cervical mobility that cannot put the ulrasound trasducer; 5. who has restrictive mouse opening, airway mass or any reasons that the blade cannot be put into mouse; 6. who has unstable circulation or respiratory failure that need vasopressor or ventilator; 7. whose NPO time is less than 6 hours or has full stomach; 8. Anyone that was not appropriate to participate in this trial evaluated by the investigator.
