Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases confirmed pathologically as brain glioma or PCNSL or TDLs, while TDLs cases shoule meet the MRI requirements as follows, firstly the diameter of the biggest lesion is no smaller than 20 millimeters in T2WI, secondly at least one lesion has mass effect; 2. Clinical and MRI data are available including nonenhanced and contrast-enhanced MRI sequences of all clinical stages proceding the recruitment; 3. Informed consents of participants are obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases not confirmed pathologically; 2. Participants who are unable to cooperate with MRI examination; 3. Participants who have received brain radiotherapy such as gamma knife radiosurgery which may interfere with the performance of contrast-enhanced MRI; 4. Participants suffering from any brain disorder which may interfere with the performance of contrast-enhanced MRI.
