Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: To meet the criteria for the judgment of critical illness in children; The age of more than 29 days, less than 18 years of age; To be mechanically ventilated by mouth or through the nose and trachea; The mechanical ventilation time was more than 20h; The ventilation tidal volume was more than 60ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The measurement of axillary temperature more than 38.5 DEG c; The comparison of inspiratory tidal volume and tidal volume, the ventilator pipeline leakage is more than 10%; Hemodynamic instability or the need to use vasoactive drugs to maintain tissue perfusion pressure; The breathing is not stable, need to frequently adjust the inhaled oxygen concentration or mechanical ventilation conditions; The inhaled oxygen concentration higher than 60%; The diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and other metabolic diseases; The use of plasma albumin, with nutrition of blood products infusion and parenteral use; The patients after operation; Low pigment to small cell anemia, hemoglobin <100g/L; The nephrotic syndrome, chronic liver disease.
