18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-50 years in our hospital during because of benign disease who will undergo laparoscopy; 2. Menstrual regularity(day 28-30); 3. without hormone therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant uterine disease; 2. Women combined with other diseases do not tolerate laparoscopic surgery
