18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18yrs; 2. Diagnosis is non Hodgkin's lymphoma (Diffuse large B cell lymphoma and peripheral T cell lymphoma) without treatment, the diagnosis according to the criteria of 2008 WHO blood lymphatic tumor classification), is confirmed by two Pathologists. 3. Pregnancy tests are negative; 4. Laboratory values are normal unless due to respective organ involvement by lymphoma; 5. Informed consent is written.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stage I DLBCL(without bulky lesions); 2. With other type of malignancies; 3. Serious infections; 4. Recent (within 1 year) myocardial infarction; Inadequate cardiac function (ejection fraction <40%); 5. Bone marrow involvement.
