20 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. do not have an underlying cause encompass recurrent IV with clinical manifestations of semeiology; 2. No focal neurological signs according to two chief physician neurologists; 3. Normal head impulse test; 4. No head trauma; No history of migraine; 5. No acute infarction and hemorrhage or tumor especially involving the posterior fossa circulation in head CT or MRI; 6. No orthostatic hypotension; 7. Exclused inner ear including sudden deafness, liver, kidney, anemia, congenital heart disorders, emotional disease; 8. No history of poisoning; 9. No related drugs that could induce vertigo; 10. No contrast agent contraindications.

Contrast agent contraindications.
