18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were diagnosed with colorectal cancer by endoscope and pathology, who had reached an advanced stage; 2. The patients with liver metastasis and no operation and other treatments; 3. No chemotherapy,radiotherapy and so on at least 1 month; 4. The patients could tolerate the pute chemotherapy and the associated chemotherapy with no contraindication; 5. No contraindication for CT and 68Ga-NOTA-G3-NGR2 PET/CT; 6. All patients should sign the informed consent of clinic trial with a voluntary heart.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who accepted the treatment, like chemotherapy,radiotherapy and so on in 4 weeks; 2. Useing the other trial drugs; 3. Irritability and can not tolerate; 4. As the researcher estimate, the patients with serious disease and other trouble or bad compliance will go away; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. The patients who can not sign the informed consent of clinic trial or drop out or vanish with no message; 7. The expected lifetime is less than half a year.
