18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age older than 18 years old; 2. patients with DFO, the location of DFO is not limited; (The diagnosis of DFO based on recommended diagnosis consensus by international diabetic foot working group); 3. Patients agreed to join the study and signe informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. DFO patients with severe lower limb ischemia (ABI 98 umol / L, women> 106umol/L); 7. liver insufficiency (ALT>100IU/L); 8. Cardiac function 4 level (NYHA); 9. Patients can not understand the research programs and do not want to participate in.
