Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients scheduled to undergo non-cardiac surgery 2) age = 60 years; 3) ASA class I-III; 4)right handedness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. education time is less than 6 years; 2. score of MMSE is less than 24; 3. patients with central nerve system diseases and/or psychosomatic disease before surgery; 4. patients with history of agitans paralysis; 5. patients with history of cerebrovascular accident; 6. patients with history of cardiac surgery or brain surgery; 7. patients taking neural psychiatric drugs such as sedative and antidepressant; 8. alcohol abuser or drug dependence; 9. patients with impairment of liver or kidney function; 10. patient who are not able to complete test because of impairment of vision or hearing of communication. 11. patients who can not perform MRI beacause of implantation of metal or heart pacemaker; 12. patients with claustrophobia.
