18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced or advanced NSCLC; 2. Patients prepared for EGFR-TKI therapy; 3. Normal physiological functions of the viscera as heart, liver, kidney and bone marrow; 4. At least one measurable lesion; 5. Age of 18-80 years; 6. CTC counts of more than 8.70 CTC Units in 3mL blood at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent other cancers or other serious diseases within 5 years prior to study enrollment; 2. Blood sample collected at unexpected time point; 3. Blood sample with clot condensation; 4. Blood sample of less than 3mL; 5. Blood sample with hematolysis.
