Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranged from 0 to 18 years old; 2. With symptom of Upper Gastrointestinal Obstruction such as bilious vomiting/ repeatedly upper abdominal pain/upper abdominal distension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pyloric muscle hypertrophy; 2. Had abdominal surgery history; 3. Could not get a final diagnosis by surgery or follow-up.
