Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. allergic asthma; 2. allergic rhinitis; 3. food allergies; 4. allergic urticaria. Allergic asthma diagnostic criteria: Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases Society branch Asthma Study Group. Bronchial asthma prevention and treatment guidelines revised. Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, 2003, 26:132. Allergic rhinitis diagnostic criteria: China ENT branch. Diagnostic criteria should be changed except rhinitis and calibration standards. China Journal of Otolaryngology, 1998; 33:34. Food allergy diagnostic criteria: 2010 NIAID Guide "Food Allergy Diagnosis and Management Guide" Diagnosing and managing common food allergies: a systematic review. JAMA. 2010 May 12; 303(18):1848-56.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Total IgE and sIgE both negative, and without any allergy symptoms
