50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All of the PD patients fulfilled the UK Parkinsons Disease Society Brain Bank criteria for idiopathic PD, and the course of disaese is at least 1 year; 2. All of the PD patients H-Y grade = 3; 3. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score=28; 4. Aged 50-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebrovascular disorders, including previous stroke, history of head injury, history of seizure, hydrocephalus, intracranial mass, previous neurological surgery and other neurologic diseases; 2. Suffering from mental illness; 3. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24.
