Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The medical staffs has worked in the hospital more than two years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded personnel with conditions that working time within two yearsundergoing a history of surgical anesthesia within half a year or having a injection history in the past two weeks, and who are pregnant and lactating and with autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney and lung diseases and other acute or chronic diseases affect the determination of their oxidative stress status, and the workplace exposure to radiation, treatment of cancer drugs and other occupational risk factors. In addition, those taking any medications, vitamin supplements, or antioxidants or who smoked or drank alcohol on a regular basis were not included in the study.
