Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All of the PD patients fulfilled the UK Parkinsons Disease Society Brain Bank criteria for idiopathic PD, and the course of disaese is at least 1 year.The dopamine dosing was stable for at least 3 months before and during the study. Patients hadn't taken antidepressant medication more than 2 months or dopamine receptor agonist more than 6 months; 2. MMSE=24; 3. HDRS-17=14; 4. Aged 50-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebrovascular disorders, including previous stroke, history of head injury, history of seizure, hydrocephalus, intracranial mass, previous neurological surgery and other neurologic diseases; 2. antidepressant treatment or other psychiatric therapy; 3. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24.
