Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. most of the patients are young adults, most of whom have smoking habits; 2. have travel history of shallow phlebitis; 3. in addition to smoking, factors of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other causes of atherosclerosis; 4. CTA and MRA obliterans obliterans mainly involved in the middle and small limbs, with the lower knee artery stenosis, occlusion, and no large and medium atherosclerosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, diabetes and other medical history; identification of arteriosclerosis obliterans, Takayasu arteritis, diabetic foot, popliteal artery aneurysm, popliteal artery entrapment syndrome, neurogenic disease, muscle joint disease and venous disease etc..
