Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The experimental group: 40-80 years old, with symptoms of heart failure (NYHA cardiac function grade II - IV) more than 3 months, EF = 35% or 35<EF = 40% and heart function IV grade, which was divided into two subgroups of ischemic heart failure group and non ischemic heart failure group). Drugs for the treatment of heart failure include diuretics, ACEI, ARB, digoxin, aspirin, and lipid-lowering drugs. The control group : 40-80 years old, no symptoms of heart failure (NYHA cardiac function grade I, EF = 60%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The experimental group exclusion criteria: acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cancer, infectious diseases and other serious diseases affecting life. Heart failure secondary to other diseases or alcohol abuse; plan and execute the heart transplantation or angioplasty, implantation planning or coronary artery bypass surgery or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty in the past 4 months; unstable patients with heart failure (pulmonary edema, peripheral blood vessel perfusion). Control group exclusion criteria: acute, chronic heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cancer, infectious diseases and other serious diseases affecting life.
