Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) hepatitis with unknown origin, cirrhosis with unknown origin, hepatic celluler cancer with unknown origin:According to the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases branch of the development of liver inflammation and prevention expert consensus committee 2014 "liver inflammation and its prevention and control experts consensus", Chinese Medical Association liver disease branch and the Chinese Medical Association infectious disease branch association 2015 viral hepatitis Diagnosis and treatment guidelines, diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced hepatitis in 2015 guidelines and 2015 autoimmune hepatitis diagnosis and treatment guidelines, except such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, liver and genetic diseases, acute or chronic abnormal liver function (ALT increased as the main index), liver cirrhosis (CT) and liver cancer (imaging and serum biomarkers) can be incorporated into this group as the research object; 2) hepatitis B, hepatitis B cirrhosis, hepatitis B liver cancer. As above, except for autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, liver disease and genetic, virus related liver acute or chronic liver dysfunction, liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma (with ALT increased as the main index, DNA virus load abnormal radiographic changes) can be included in the this group as the research object; 3) autoimmune hepatitis, autoimmune liver cirrhosis, autoimmune liver cancer. As above, except for viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, liver disease and genetic, immune related liver acute or chronic liver dysfunction, liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (ALT increased as the main index, liver related immune antibody positive, imaging changes, pathology of liver biopsy with immune injury) can be incorporated into this group as the research object. 4) alcoholic hepatitis, alcoholic cirrhosis, alcoholic liver cancer. As above, except for viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, liver and genetic disease, alcohol related liver acute or chronic liver dysfunction, liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma (AST, ALT, AST/ALT index, alcohol consumption, imaging changes, pathology of liver tissue puncture with alcoholic injury) be included in this group as the research object. 5) drug induced liver injury. As above, except for viral hepatitis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, liver disease and genetic, drug related liver acute or chronic liver dysfunction (ALT index, a clear history of medicine, imaging changes) can be incorporated into this group as the research object.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus B) Pregnancy, lactation and not fertility C) with a history of mental illness that is not easy to control; D) researchers think it is not appropriate to participate in this trial; F) secondary liver diseases, such as liver injury and liver metastasis of heart and lung diseases.
