Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-85 years old male and female patients who needs to be underwent bronchoscopy or lobectomy due to the diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women, anyone not willing to join in.
