18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old patients with cerebral infarction; 2. Meet the diagnosis standard made by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference (China); 3. Excluded hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease by imaging examination; 4. NIHSS score more than 4 points; 5. platelet count and coagulation function are all in normal range; 6. nerve function defect does not affect the previous neurological score.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe infection and bleeding tendency; 2. The butylphthalide allergy; 3. Long time lay stay in bed before the onset of cerebral infarction; 4. Patients with swallowing dysfunction before admission; 5. Complicated with pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction; 6. Patients with severe hepatic and renal failure; 7. Long term application of hormone; 8. With malignant tumor or expected survival time less than 3 months; patient will receives surgery in near future; 9. Pregnancy and lactation woman.
