Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Basic inclusion criteria: ?gestational age > 28 weeks; ?admitted into the hospital within 12 hours after the birth; ? met invasive ventilation criteria within the first 12 h after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ?pulmonary bleeding or tension pneumothorax; ?congenital heart disease or other congenital abnormalities, such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia; ?primary pulmonary hypertension or alveolar-capillary dysplasia; ?treatments withdrawal within 72 hours after the birth as requested by the parents or guardians.
