20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 20-70 years; 2) with a dignosed myofascial pain syndrome; 3) whose myofascial trigger points are located in upper trapezius; 4) with chronic pain lasted longer than 2 months; 5) whose skin of injection has on infection; 6) subjects or their legal guardians have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients'pain is resulted from neoplasm metastasis; 2) patients suffered from sepsis; 3) patients suffered from coagution disorders.
