Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female mild to moderate acne vulgaris patients aged 18-40, untreated by any drugs/medicine or methods during the past 2 weeks before involvement in this study. In control groups and normal healthy individual groups, healthy volunteers will be recruited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe systematic diseases and other skin diseases, pregnant and lactating women, persons incapable of disposing; (2) Individuals who have been intervened by any medical methods or drugs in the past 2 weeks before involvement in the study, and who are using color cosmetics which may interfere our observation; (3) Persons with severe skin barrier disorder; (4) Patients with rosacea, perioral dermatitis, sensitive skins, seborrheic dermatitis, Gram- bacterial folliculitis and other pilo-sebaceous unit related skin diseases that mimic acne; (5) Patients of other acne types, such as acne fulminans, hidradenitis suppurativa, chloracne; (6) Patients of endocrinal diseases, such as SAPPHO syndrome, PCOS, and adrenal hyperplasia syndrome etc.; (7) Individuals of keloid predisposition and allergic and/or atopic characteristics (such as urticaria); (8) Individuals who are taking steroidal medicine/drugs.
