Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal Group: 1. aged 20 to 70 years, match with primary liver cancer group match on the factor of gender; 2. without age and sex outside of primary liver cancer disease risk factors. 3. by the history, physical examination, electrocardiogram (ecg) examination and other blood biochemical examination no abnormal findings. Primary liver cancer patients: meet the diagnostic standard of common malignant tumors by the Chinese anti-cancer association, include pathological diagnosis, extrahepatic tissue histological diagnosis, and clinical diagnosis: AFP 400 mu g/L or higher, and can eliminate the pregnancy, active liver disease, gonad embryonic source tumors and metastatic liver cancer, and ammonites and hepatomegaly and has obvious or imaging examination confirmed the liver space-occupying lesions of the greater tuberosity; imaging examination of liver with substantial space-occupying lesions, can eliminate hemangiomas and metastatic liver cancer, and is one of the following conditions: (1) the AFP > 200 mu g/L, no eidence of liver disease activity and AFP lentil lectin combination type > 25%; (2) the typical imaging findings of primary liver cancer; (3) there are clinical manifestations of liver cancer, and certainly the distant metastases (such as lung, bone and supraclavicular lymph nodes, etc.) or visible to the naked eye of bloody ascites or find cancer cells; (4) there is a clear positive hepatitis b or hepatitis c virus (HCV) infection sign of liver cirrhosis. Standard clinical stage: Stage I: there is no clear signs and symptoms of cancer of the liver. CT, ultrasound found hard to a tumor, diameter less than 5 cm or two tumor diameter less than or equal to the sum of 5 cm. II period: the symptom is lighter, general condition is good, more than phase I standard without m phase of the evidence. III period: there are obviously one of cachexia, jaundice, ascites or extrahepatic metastasis. 2. aged 20 to 70 years old. Patients with primary liver cancer risk factors: 1. older than 40 years old; 2. patients with two or more of the following primary liver cancer risk factors: family history; 3. HBV infection; 4. Cirrhosis of the liver; 5. the history, physical examination, such as primary liver cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other serious illnesses such as other tissue malignant tumor,other systems of primary diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.or with shock,severe infection and mental illness at the same time; 2. After radiotherapy, chemotherapy or molecular targeted drug treatment; 3. Nearly six months had transfused blood products; 4. Have been participating in other clinical trials or have other reasons unsuitable for our clinical trials confirmed by the researchers.
