Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sporadic Parkinson's disease that meets MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria(2015). 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old male or female; 3. Chinese Han people; 4. H&Y stages are restricted to 1-2; 5. Available for written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinsonism or parkinsonism-Plus; 2. Cognitive impairment(scored lower than 24) or unable to cooperate with scales; 3. Other severe accompanied diseases; 4. Pregnant woman; 5. Non-Han nationality; 6. With a family history of Parkinsons disease; 7. Unwilling to participate in the study or unavailable for written informed consent.
